Now Hiring! Retail Team Opening

Hill Farmstead Brewery in Greensboro Bend, Vt., has an immediate Retail opening in our Taproom and Bottle Shop for an individual with extensive guest service experience. Ideal candidates must be personable, optimistic, ambitiously motivated, and exhibit an attention to detail.

Our taproom is open Wednesday through Saturday, from noon to 5 p.m. Daily shifts may range from 8-10 hours. Knowledge of beer—and our beer specifically—is a plus, but training will be provided for any hire.

Job duties will include but are not limited to the following: providing excellent customer service; order fulfilment and customer education; operation of point of sale and cash till; and daily cleaning duties.

Local applicants are preferred and will be given preference.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced job environment.

  • 21+ years of age.

  • A passion for craft beer.

  • Ability to move kegs and carry cases of bottles.

  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.

  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.

  • 1st or 2nd class Vermont DLC certification.
