Daybreak Brewday in Pictures

A brisk Vermont day, a fired up brewhouse and... citrus?!

You bet. Here's a look at our brewday for Daybreak, our high ICU imperial stout. Look for it in 2013! Enjoy the slideshow, or click HERE to see the full gallery!

Daybreak and batch 300

After two and a half years- we have reached batch 300. Next Friday we will brew a new batch of Daybreak destined for Grand Marnier barrels. This batch will be richer, with twice as much orange and zest...

Civil Disobedience.

The labels have arrived! The beer needs a few more months of conditioning prior to release... But it shows great promise thus far. Civil Disobedience #5 is a single barrel bottling. We chose 375ml bottles in an attempt to make the beer available to a few more people. This single barrel held a blend of three saisons: Anna, Arthur, and Florence. Anticipated release is sometime in November...

Harvest Festival General Admission Tickets Update

General admission (GA) tickets for our 2012 Harvest Festival, held September 22, go on sale Sunday, August 12, at 7 p.m. The ticketing page has complete information, terms of sale and such. The event page has all the event details, tentative beer list and more.

The pertinent details:

  • $25 entry includes admission, plus four (4) tasting tickets
  • Gates open at 12 p.m., taps close at 5 p.m.
  • $5 per person camping for GA ticketholders allowed only on Saturday, September 22 (Friday camping available only for VIP ticket holders); sign in and pay at our camping check-in area the day of the event; see camping FAQ for general information.

If you are planning to camp, proceed directly to the parking area (there will be NO unloading zone), please check in at admissions Saturday between 10-11 a.m. with your ticket, get your bracelet and then you may move your gear and set up. We will not allow anyone to setup who isn't wearing a bracelet.

Unlike our smaller event ticketing system, though, we’ve decided to work with Ticket Alternative to handle this much larger event. Some of you may recognized the service from this year’s Vermont Brewer’s Festival, and we trust everyone will have a positive experience. They do charge a modest service fee and shipping charge, but we think you’ll find it more than reasonable.

There will be no additional tickets at the gate, on the day of the festival.

Thanks and we hope to see you there!
