New For The Week Of October 31, 2018

On Wednesday, 31 October, we will release a new entry in our Civil Disobedience series, this one featuring local cherry crabapples.

Civil Disobedience is our blended barrel-aged series of Farmstead® ales, each one a unique union of carefully selected beers chosen by our brewers to weave often disparate threads into a picture far greater than its individual elements.

Part of this ongoing series also includes pairing blends with seasonal, local fruits. For this release, a new Farmstead® ale aged in puncheons was aged atop cherry crabapples from nearby Elmore, Vt.

Please visit our bottle release page, http://hillfarmstead.com/bottle-release, for bottle limits and pricing information (credit card and matching ID required for this bottle).

We will also have fresh cans of Citra IPA and Society & Solitude #12, a brand new entry in our double IPA series, this one a double red IPA with Centennial, Chinook, Citra® and Simcoe® hops. Please visit our retail page for updated information on these and a wide variety of other offerings.
