Festival of Farmhouse Ales 2018 Attendee Information

For those of you joining us for this year's Festival, here are a few bits of information to make your visit and entry to the fest smooth and easy!

• Remember, this is a rain or shine event, so watch the weather and plan accordingly!
• This is a 21 and above only event. 
• No pets or animals allowed.

Schedule

  • Retail Shop 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
    The tasting room is closed for the day, so there will be no growlers, but we will have cans, bottles and merchandise available. If you're buying cans before the festival, make sure to bring a cooler with ice to keep the beer nice and cold through the day!
  • Gates Open at 11 a.m.
  • Taps Open at Noon
  • Last Call at 3:45 p.m.
  • Grounds close at 4:30 p.m.

The Details!
To reach the brewery, directions are here; http://hillfarmstead.com/directions/. Please approach the brewery via Jaffin Flats and Hill Road so that we can route traffic efficiently. Parking for attendees will be in the lower field, past the brewery on the right side. We will have volunteers and signage along the road to provide guidance. If you are coming early to visit the retail shop before the event, you may park in the lot directly across from the brewery and then move your car once you've completed your purchases. Just let our parking attendants know when you approach!

Designated Driver Drop-Offs
If you are being dropped off for the event, the drop-off area will be located along the side of the road near the food vendors. We will have volunteers who will confirm your drop-off and mark your ticket so that the front gate staff can confirm your status. 

Gates open at 11 a.m.; the queue for entry will be located along the road in the parking area just ahead of the main parking lot. Volunteers will be on hand to guide you in the right direction, check IDs and begin the process. We'll have multiple general admission lines at the white entry tent located in our main parking area to expedite the process. Please have your ID and ticket ready, as well as your designated driver with you, if they are entering with you. For those of you using a transportation service or otherwise being dropped off, see above.

Once again, we will have a fundraising table with a bottle raffle. The fundraiser will feature special bottles from our personal beer cellar. Raffle tickets are $5 (cash only!). Please bring plenty of extra cash, buy plenty of tickets, (with luck) win some great bottles, and—most importantly—help us support the children of our immediate community. As previous attendees can attest, it's worth bringing your cash!
