Our annual Anniversary Week will take place from Wednesday, May 27, to Sunday, May 31. This is open to the public (no tickets or reservations required).
Our hours that week will be Weds., Thurs., and Sat., 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Fri., 11:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (extended hours), and Sun., 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
That week helps us mark our grand opening each year and the launch of our journey here at Hill Farmstead Brewery.
On May 29, 2010, we hosted our grand opening of the Hill Farmstead Brewery with friends, family, and locals with cautious optimism and gratitude. A humble gathering in the field with a handful of beers, local food, music, and adventurous guests, willing to make the trek out on unknown roads.
Sixteen years later, with a vastly different campus and beer selection to greet guests, we look forward to celebrating that pivotal moment with an entire week of new and re-visited offerings.
During this Anniversary Week, the taproom will revisit old favorites going back as far as 2013. You can expect to see glass pour offerings, such as Flora Cuvée, Double Barrel Damon, Being & Time, and additional daily selections.
In the bottle shop, we will have new releases as well as a rotating selection of vintage re-releases each day for take-away.
