Join Hill Farmstead Brewery and Jasper Hill Farm as we present a series of cheese pairing menus at Hill Farmstead. These intimate, four-course cheese-and-beer experiences will be held outside under tent (weather permitting).
These evenings offer an opportunity to explore the craft, character, and shared sense of place behind two makers from Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. Representatives from Hill Farmstead and Jasper Hill will guide guests through the history of each producer, share tasting notes on each pairing, and offer stories about the people, place, and process behind the beers and cheeses.
Following the guided tasting, guests are invited to stay for a social hour and enjoy additional offerings from the taproom and bottle shop.
Tasting dates: July 30 and August 27
6:00-7:00PM guided tasting, 7:00-8:00PM social hour with full taproom service.
Bottle shop will be open for bottle and can takeaway purchases.
Each event is limited to 30 people and is by reservation only.
