Art is the wine barrel fermented and aged version of Arthur (1922-2005), our grandfather’s youngest brother as well as the name of our Farmstead® ale. A single barrel was selected and aged on a variety of hand-picked organic plums from Elmore Roots Nursery in Elmore, Vt., for several months. The result is a vibrant, refined expression of both harvest and craft.
