Birth of Tragedy: Finca Alasitas Java (Bottled 2018) – After aging this imperial porter, brewed with organic cinnamon and honey, for more than 26 months in a bourbon barrel, we further conditioned the beer atop organic vanilla beans and Finca Alasitas Java coffee beans from Bolivia, sourced and roasted by The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark. These friends long ago changed our worldview as to what coffee could be and continue to deeply influence us here at Hill Farmstead.
