The time spent with loved ones, now lost, seems to affect our mind and body perpetually; memories happen upon us, unsuspectingly, and bring about tears of fond remembrance. Damon was Shaun and Darren’s furry, four-legged brother—devout and patient in an age of busyness and distraction.

Harkening back to a recent emergence of Aaron, we crafted and conditioned this imperial stout in a blended combination of Port and Bourbon barrels. The first assembly rested for over two years in Bourbon barrels from our favorite distillery. The second portion spent nearly a year in freshly-emptied Port barrels. The final blend of the two expresses a dual harmony of refinement and complexity.
