Dark Farmstead® Ale Aged on Coffee
This dark Farmstead® ale—which honors Edward’s sister—is crafted from American malted barley, German roasted malts, European hops, our farmhouse yeast, and water from our well. It was aged in a wine barrel for nearly a year, then aged atop coffee grown by Mulugeta Muntasha in Sidama, Ethiopia, sourced and roasted by Casper, Samuli, and friends at The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen. We will have this coffee available for purchase in our retail shop.
