Dark, rich and smooth, it’s complex flavors belie the singular vision with which we create it—echoing the work the inspires it. For this selection of Genealogy, our stainless-conditioned coffee imperial stout (the base beer for Genealogy of Morals), we have conditioned the beer atop Daterra from Cerrado, Brasil, sourced and roasted by our friends at The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark.
