Genealogy of Morals, the name of one of our most coveted Nietzschean narratives, also happens to be one our barrel-aged imperial stouts.

After extended aging in select bourbon barrels, we condition the beer atop Kenya Kieni coffee beans sourced and roasted by The Coffee Collective in Denmark.

After aging 28 months in select Bourbon barrels, we conditioned the beer atop Kenya Kieni coffee beans sourced and roasted by The Coffee Collective in Denmark.

For this batch, we aged our wheat imperial stout for more than 29 months in select Bourbon barrels, then further conditioned the beer atop Kieni coffee from Nyeri, Kenya, which was sourced and roasted by The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen.
