Farmstead® Ale Aged in Oak Puncheons
Leaves of Grass represents our brewery’s collective pursuit to create, explore, and challenge. For each batch, we employ uniquely different processes and ingredients.
This particular batch was brewed with organic Vermont oats, organic Vermont spelt, and New Zealand hops, then aged in oak puncheons for 6 months and further conditioned in bottles for nearly 10 months.
