Leaves of Grass represents our brewery’s collective pursuit to create, explore and challenge. For each batch, we employ uniquely different processes and ingredients, all of which further our understanding of the art and science of brewing.
This particular batch, brewed one year ago with cherry crabapples, was aged for an extended period of time in wine barrels and has undergone an extended period of bottle conditioning.
