We present to you an unreleased imperial stout aged for more than 30 months in a single Bourbon barrel from one of our favorite distilleries. Acknowledging the singular characteristics of this particular barrel, we moved it directly to kegs for immediate draft enjoyment—a recognition of beer’s truly fleeting temporal nature.
