Farmstead® Ale brewed with Organic Malted Wheat, Munich Malt, Mosiac® hops, and Wild Maine Organic Blueberries and Aged in Wine Barrels
This whimsical Farmstead® ale was brewed with malted barley, Munich malt, and organically grown malted wheat and hopped with hand-selected Mosaic® hops from the Pacific Northwest. Following a year in oak barrels, it was then aged atop organic wild blueberries from Merrill Blueberry Farms in Hancock, Maine and then dry-hopped with Mosaic. Finally, after allowing for more than 15 months of bottle conditioning, it is now ready to share with you.
This series provides us a playful opportunity to share a wide-ranging assortment of blended beers, exploratory aging techniques, and distinctive ingredient pairings, with imaginative artwork by our lifelong friend and collaborator, Alex Peltz of Peltz Creative.
