The first release in our series of experimental imperial IPAs, originally brewed with Cascade hops (from Segal Ranch) and Weyermann Vienna Malt with the help of our friend, Jeff O’Neil (aka Chief, formerly of Ithaca Beer Co. and Peekskill Brewery, now at Industrial Arts). Now brewed with Cascade hops from new Zealand and Washington state.
