Dry-Hopped Farmstead® IPA Aged in Wine Barrels
The wine barrel-aged version of Susan (1891-1975), our bright, citrusy and beautiful Farmstead® India pale ale. We aged a small amount of the base beer for nearly a year in French oak wine barrels with our resident microflora, encouraging it to develop and evolve into its current manifestation: a complex, lightly tart and delicately dry-hopped Farmstead® ale.
