Brewed in August of 2016 by Shaun and Tim Clifford, from Sante Adairius Rustic Ales, this Farmstead® ale, in the style of a Grisette, was brewed with wine barrel staved-smoked malt on our 5 hectoliter brewhouse and fermented and aged entirely in wine barrels.
