Brewed in the summer of 2016 with our friend Jean Broillet IV of Tired Hands Brewing, this barrel-fermented Farmstead® ale was crafted with organic buckwheat and oats, aged in wine barrels for 8 months then bottled conditioned until it achieved its finest expression of our collaborative effort
