Inaugural Brew Day Recap • March 30, 2025

We are grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate our Inaugural Brew Day this past Sunday, March 30. It was an incredible turnout for our first Sunday service ever at Hill Farmstead and an auspicious start to a year of Anniversary events to come. Despite the inclement weather, we welcomed a host of visitors from near and far ready to enjoy a lively afternoon with our beers and friends.

We paid homage to the early days by bringing out some rustic spray-painted growlers from storage and offering them up for growler fills. A rolling slideshow of old photos played behind the taps, highlighting the contrast between today’s shiny BrauKon system and the original brewing set-ups of 2010. 

Bob and Phil led history walks throughout the facility, starting at the original brewery building and leading guests through the expansions while enjoying a special cask-conditioned version of double dry-hopped Edward.
