Despite the early-March cold, the first Winter Gathering in fifteen years felt intimate—a casual celebration of Vermont’s heartiest season, with guests bundled up beneath a bluebird Northeast Kingdom sky. Fires warmed, snow sparkled, and spirits stayed high.

Mateo of Prophecy Chocolate braved the winter winds to share distinctive hot chocolate drinks on the pavilion, while Sam from Jasper Hill Farm kept hands, hearts, and stomachs warm with raclette in the taproom. 

Amongst the glow of the fires and the steady hum of visitors, it was an afternoon of gratitude, rosy cheeks, and warm memories.
