Wending our way out of August and into September, we welcome back the table beer representation of Dorothy, along with four freshly packaged cans and draft offerings. Beginning this week, we’ve also added Poetica to the available growler selection, and Bobbers returns for the entirety of the week as our food vendor.

Dorothy: Table

In Dorothy’s honor, we offer this lower-alcohol version of her namesake beer. This hoppy Farmstead® ale is crafted from American malted barley, malted wheat, American hops, our distinctive yeast blend, and water from our well. Dry-hopped, unfiltered, and naturally carbonated, this particular emergence spent some time in our puncheons as well..

Dorothy (1921-1994) was Edward’s sister; Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to her and her 13 siblings.
