For this coming week, we’ll see the return of a favorite variant of one of our traditional Farmstead® ales, along with a refresh of the can coolers and draft lines with Conduct of Life, Susan, and Abner. The taproom selections—exploring the depth and breadth of our vintage collection—will continue with enthusiastic curations across style and time. We’ve also added Poetica 3 to the Lukr selections, alongside Rhetorica and Poetica!

Please note, we will only have food vendors on Friday (Chef Nadav returns!) and Saturday (The New Deal!). So, for Wednesday and Thursday, we encourage folks to bring picnics! We will have cheese and olives, but now’s the season for some al fresco dining.

Arthur: Cascade

Arthur’s namesake Farmstead® ale is crafted from organic American malted barley, organic American hops, our distinctive farmhouse yeast, and water from our well. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated, this edition was conditioned in foudre and then dry-hopped with organically-grown Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. 

Arthur (1922-2005 ) was Edward’s youngest brother; Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to him and his 13 siblings.

Cans

Conduct of Life, our American pale ale with Amarillo® and Citra®, will be available in cans, on draft, and for growler fills, along with the return of both Susan and Abner.
