Brewed entirely with organic malt from The Martens Farm and Lakeview Organic Grain in Penn Yan, N.Y., and malted by Valley Malt, we aimed for a light, refreshing, and well-rounded beer, whose qualities are accentuated by its two months of cold, wood conditioning.

Lakeview Organic Grain is owned and operated by Mary-Howell and Klaas Martens, who have been farming organically since the early ‘90s. They now farm organic corn, soy, spelt, barley, wheat, triticale, oats, rye, red kidney beans, cabbage for sauerkraut, and hay.
