As has been customary, the fourth entry has been and continues to be a dark entry. Bottle conditioning for 18 months, this particular arrangement is woven from threads including Biere de Norma, Edith, and E., barrels whose lineage ranged from Flora Cuvee and Vera Mae to Sue and Juicy. These components were composed and then dry-hopped with personally selected Motueka hops from Freestyle Farms, our agricultural partners in Upper Moutere, New Zealand.
