Imperial Stout Brewed with Coffee and Aged in Bourbon Barrels
We chose a single, two year old barrel of our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout, Damon, and further conditioned it upon Kenyan Kieni coffee beans that were sourced, roasted, and lovingly provided to us by the Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark.
