This Farmstead® ale is composed entirely from organically grown Maine oats and was aged for nearly 10 months in an oak puncheon and hopped with Vermont-grown Cascade from Champlain Valley Hops in Starksboro, Vt. The result is a textured, delicately tart ale with notes of lemon, oak, and a restrained floral character, while reflecting our ongoing exploration of techniques and source materials.
