Beyond Good and Evil is the name of our barrel-aged maple imperial stout. Brewed in 2023, we crafted this with malted wheat and Vermont maple syrup. Each of these was rested in hand-selected Bourbon barrels for 18 months. Then, we moved half the beer into a different, freshly emptied Bourbon barrel for an additional 24 months; the other half rested in a freshly emptied Apple Brandy barrel for an additional 24 months. Finally, we finished each barrel in WhistlePig Bourbon barrels, which we recently used to condition the Bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup we released in September 2026. 

Not for cellaring, only available in growlers for fresh consumption.
