Bottle Release for May 9, 2018
On Weds., May 9, 2018, we will offer in our tasting room only (no take away!) a new, special variant of our Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout – Damon (Coffee Collective: El Desarollo).
In honor of our dear Damon, we chose two distinct barrels that had aged for more than two years and conditioned them atop El Desarollo coffee beans from Colombia sourced and roasted by our friends at The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark. Following many months of bottle conditioning, this special beer is ready for release.
Reminder, this bottle will only be available for enjoyment onsite in our tasting room. Due to the alcohol content, we must encourage that you bring a friend to share.
We will also have bottles of Barrel Aged Dorothy and fresh cans of a new iteration of our Cascade Double IPA: Society & Solitude #1! This version will feature a blend of New Zealand Cascade and Segal Ranch Cascade hops.
