On Wednesday, May 31 we release Leaves of Grass: June 7, 2016 (Lilac) in our Bottle Shop. 

Leaves of Grass represents our brewery’s collective pursuit to create, explore, and challenge.  For each batch, we employ uniquely different processes and ingredients.  This particular batch was brewed with Vermont wildflower honey and lilac flowers foraged from our land.  The beer was aged for an extended period of time in wine barrels and has undergone a prolonged period of bottle conditioning.  Brewed on June 7th, 2016, this beer is now ready for release.  

375ml, $12, limit 1 per person (credit card and matching ID required, please see our bottle release policy). 

Our Retail Shop is open 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. from Wednesday – Saturday.
