On Weds., July 29, we’ll release the newest batch of bourbon barrel aged maple syrup in our retail shop during normal retail hours!

Two (2) bottles per person. 750ml. $40 each.

In February of 2015, we received pure Vermont maple syrup from our friends at Peck Family Farm in East Montpelier, Vt. We filled bourbon barrels from our favorite distilleries with various grades of syrup. The syrup was aged for more than three months and then packaged in resealable 750ml flip-top bottles. 

Because of the aging process, you may experience some barreling sediment, but we have taken all possible precautions to eliminate it while maintaining the essential maple and bourbon character.
