For this coming week, the next in our series of draft-only releases will be a special variant of Genealogy in our taproom in 750ml growlers.

For this selection of Genealogy, our stainless-conditioned coffee imperial stout (the base beer for Genealogy of Morals), we have conditioned the beer atop San Fermin from the Tolima region of Colombia, sourced and roasted by The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Update: the coffee has landed! We will have three different whole bean varieties available for to-go sale in 250g bags:

• San Fermin – the coffee used in this week’s Genealogy draft release will be available both in the retail shop and for purchase with your growlers!
