On Weds., 2 October, we will release a special new variant of Genealogy of Morals in our retail shop.

After aging more than 23 months in select bourbon barrels, we conditioned several barrels of our wheat imperial stout, Genealogy of Morals, atop a curated blend of coffees sourced and roasted by our friends at The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen. These friends long ago changed our world-view as to what coffee could be. After months of bottle conditioning, the beer is now ready for release.

We will also have fresh cans of Difference & Repetition: Motueka™, Simcoe®, and Triumph; Motueka™ Pale Ale (brewed exclusively with Early Harvest Motueka™ from Freestyle Farms in New Zealand); and Double Citra®—as well as a selection of other cans, bottles, and Bourbon Barrel-aged Maple Syrup.
