Residency, Sante Adairius and More!
Please join us on Wednesday, August 8th, at 11:30 a.m. for the public debut of our Tim Clifford Residency Beers! These will only be available for onsite consumption. Four in total, these beers were brewed in August of 2016 by Shaun and Tim during an intensive 2-week period of creativity and collaboration. Each beer was brewed on our 5 hectoliter brewhouse and fermented and aged entirely in wine barrels.

Farmstead® ale brewed with old world pilsner malt and aged in wine barrels
- Residency 2
Farmstead® ale brewed with six-row malted barley and aged in wine barrels
- Residency 3
Farmstead® ale in the style of a Grisette, brewed with wine barrel stave-smoked malt and aged in wine barrels
- Residency 4
Farmstead® ale aged in wine barrels with citrus fruit
We will also have bottled beers from Sante Adairius available for onsite enjoyment as well! The SARA family was kind enough to send us Bernice, Cellarman and Westly, as well as single cases each of 6th Anniversary and Matrices, to share with you all.
Please note that Vermont state law limits each person to two glasses of beer at a time; as such, we are not able to provide flights or more than two beers at once. We do not, however, anticipate running out of these bottles during the week. Thanks for your understanding.
