On Wednesday, November 16, we will release this year’s batch of bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup in our retail shop.
As in the past, we filled bourbon barrels from our favorite distilleries with various grades of syrup from our friends at Peck Family Farm in East Montpelier, Vt. The syrup was aged for more than three months and then packaged in resealable 750ml flip-top bottles. Because of the aging process, you may experience some barreling sediment, but we have taken all possible precautions to eliminate it while maintaining the essential maple and bourbon character.
We will also release a new batch of Anna, our Vermont Farmstead® honey ale. We are open Wednesday through Saturday, from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
