This winter, we will present two selections and offer two days during which you may purchase! Both boxes will be made available for purchase simultaneously at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT on Friday, 28 February, and again at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT on Saturday, 1 March, at shop.hillfarmstead.com.

Once again, this will only be available for shipment to addresses in Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

A carefully curated bundle of six Farmstead® Ales will include Flora (2018), Civil Disobedience Blend 38, Anna: Motueka (2024), Self Reliance: Citra/Mosaic (2024), Nonconformist 11, and Florence. Customers can purchase two of these boxes per day of this selection.

Additionally, a collection of three fine dark beverages will be made available on the same days: The Order of Things 04, a blended double barrel-aged imperial wheat stout; Viola Sofia, a classic Russian Imperial Stout; and Fear & Trembling, our Baltic Porter brewed with malted barley that we smoked in-house over cherry and apple wood. We will allow one of these boxes to be ordered per customer each day.

Online Release Dates:

We will have a limited number of boxes available each day of our six-bottle selection and fewer of our 3-bottle offering. If you miss out on Friday, have added a second day for you to try again on Saturday! With this limited quantity, we could sell out quickly.

To our patrons in Pennsylvania: due to the volume limit of 192 oz. per month allowed to be shipped to a single address, you will only be able to purchase one of each bundle. Because of this, we have planned a workaround for you, dear Pennsylvanians: as the calendar turns to March on Saturday, should you wish to purchase more, you will be able to return on the second day to purchase an additional box.
