Sankt Hans

Originally brewed with Peter Sonne and Christian Skovdal Andersen on Sankt Hans Day 2012, two of Shaun’s closest friends from his time spent brewing in Copenhagen, Sankt Hans is our amber Farmstead® ale. This edition was conditioned in our oak puncheons for three months.  Sankt Hans has become one of our favorite compositional blending elements, and we offer this new iteration in honor of that deep and abiding connection with our distant Danish friends. 

Taproom selections for the coming week will include Art (2015 Vintage) and Prolegomena (2013 Vintage). 

Please note: Our retail shop and full taproom service are now open until 6 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 4 p.m. on Sunday. We will be open normal hours on Saturday, July 4th.
