Retail Update for 11 June 2025

Some of the Dharma • Dorothy • Song of Summer • Harlan • Society & Solitude #5 • Marie

As we usher in summer, Some of the Dharma and Dorothy both return in bottles, and three new cans make an appearance in our coolers to-go. Our food trucks this coming week will be Morse Block Deli on Wednesday and Smokin’ Joes BBQ from Thursday through Sunday.

A reminder that we’ll have extended hours on Friday and Saturday beginning this week (until 7 p.m.), as well as continued Sunday hours from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The bottle shop will be open, and we’ll offer four draft options outside during those additional hours (no growlers).

Some of the Dharma

We present to you his novel exercise: a duality of our hop-informed beers and Farmstead® ales, aged in wine barrels and dry-hopped with Simcoe®—a nod to our Dharma Bum Simcoe® IPA and a wink to our mixed fermentation program.

In the spirit of Jack Kerouac (and the journal of the same name that was intended as a gift, of sorts, to Allen Ginsberg), we pursue the language of practice, both in voice and deed, which urges us towards examination, growth, and (with hope) insight.

Dorothy

This is our longest-running dry-hopped Farmstead® ale, first brewed in November of 2010. To honor Edward’s sister, we craft this with New Zealand and American hops, our distinctive yeast blend, and water from our well.

Cans this week

  • Song of Summer – Pale ale brewed with organic raw wheat, we once again hopped it with Centennial, Cascade, and Columbus hops from Whitefield Hop Yard in nearby Hardwick.
  • Harlan – IPA dry-hopped with Columbus, Simcoe®, Chinook, and a hint of Nelson Sauvin hops.
  • Society & Solitude #5 –  Double IPA showcasing American and New Zealand hops.
  • Marie – Unfiltered German-style Helles.
