While we won’t have a new can offering this week, our reimagined Foster returns for growlers and onsite enjoyment, and our can coolers will feature Three Magic Letters, Harlan, James, Double Citra, Society & Solitude #3, and Marie.

This is the ninth entry in our novel exploration of blended beers, aging techniques, and often unexplored ingredient combinations—and it certainly fits nicely into that wide-ranging conceptual framework.

Comprised of Farmstead® ale and a small portion of dark lager, the composition was aged in wine barrels and then blended with local, organic black currant juice and a small amount of Bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup. Following carefully monitored conditioning time, this beer was bottled and allowed over a year of development and rest. The result: a sublimely unique and delightful representation of local ingredients, juxtaposed styles, and no shortage of whimsy.

As always, the label features the inventive artwork of our creative collaborator and lifelong friend, Alex Peltz of Peltz Creative, who has inspired and supported our journey from the outset.
