Edward • Difference & Repetition: Citra/Nelson/Simcoe • Double Citra • Food Truck Update

With the holiday weekend ahead, we’ll have freshly packaged cans of our flagship American Pale Ale, Edward, as well as two other hoppy offerings. We will also still have bottles of our imperial stout Damon available.

Our hours for the coming week will be Wed. through Sat., 11:30 – 5. We will also have our first food truck of the year, Hook & Peel (@hookandpeelpizza), on Friday and Saturday, serving up wood-fired pizzas.

The week following Memorial Day will mark our Anniversary Week, where we’ll offer expanded hours on Friday evening and special Sunday hours. Stay tuned for more information!

• Edward: The beer that built the brewery, our American Pale Ale is crafted from a plethora of American hops—chiefly Simcoe® and Chinook—and American malted barley, each of which provides a balanced foundation of aromatic citrus and pine notes in unison with a classic malt backbone.
• Difference & Repetition: Citra®/Nelson Sauvin/Simcoe®: Our American IPA series brewed with a rotating selection of hop varieties and blends, this one features Citra®, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe®.
• Double Citra: This single hop Double IPA is brewed with personally selected Citra® hops grown in the Yakima Valley of Washington.
