Our winter wonderland continues, and so does the availability of Samuel, our barrel-aged Farmstead® ale! It will be available this week at a two-bottle-per-person daily limit and also available to enjoy by the glass in our taproom, along with a variety of other carefully curated selections. 

Excursions: Manilita/Phantasm

This Excursion is brewed with Manilita, an experimental hop variety that has emerged from our partnership with New Zealand’s Hāpi Hop Research Centre and Freestyle Hops. Its vibrant and unique aromatic profile showcases what’s most exciting about hops from this region and its highly limited availability, making it a particularly exciting offering to brew.

This also features Phantasm Thiol Powder. Phantasm is made from Marlborough New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grape skins; rich in Thiol precursors, it enhances and bolsters strong tropical fruit aromas during the fermentation process, which, in the case of pairing with Manilita, presents a lively, enlivening beer.
