Retail Updates for 16 August 2025
Everett: Port Barrel • Difference & Repetition: Citra®/Nelson Sauvin/Simcoe® • Double Citra • Song of Joy
For the week beginning Wednesday, 20 August, we’ll debut a new barrel-aged expression of our Porter, Everett, as well as three new canned offerings: Difference & Repetition: Citra®/Nelson Sauvin/Simcoe® (IPA), Double Citra (DIPA), and Song of Joy (India Pale Lager).
Everett: Port Barrel
For the first time, we offer the Port barrel-aged version of Everett (1908-1939), Edward’s brother, as well as the name of our robust porter. For these barrel-aged editions, we brew a richer, more complex version of Everett, one that will sympathize with whichever barrel type we choose. This particular one was conditioned in freshly emptied Port barrels, resting contentedly for 20 months, taking on the unique characteristic that time and fortified wine provide.
Our food vendors for the week: Weds. – Thurs. – Bobbers; Fri. – Sat. – Hook & Peel Pizza; and Sun. – What’s in the Bowl?.
