New Cans • Shirley Mae

For the upcoming week, we’ll offer four freshly packaged cans and welcome back our nitro session porter to the taproom for enjoyment by the glass.

Along with Shirley Mae, guests in our taproom team will find a range of vintage bottles and draft by the glass, including Ann (2017) and Genealogy of Morals: Finca Buena Vista (2019).

Our nitro session porter, Shirley Mae, returns this coming week to our taproom. Shirley Mae was Everett’s daughter and a beloved supporter of her family and Hill Farmstead. This features cocoa nibs from Prophecy Chocolate in nearby Hardwick, Vt., and organic vanilla beans from Madagascar Vanilla Co. in Antananarivo, Madagascar. 

This week’s cans:

• Sumner – American Pale Ale brewed with Citra®, Mosaic®, and Simcoe® hops. 5% abv
• Foster – IPA brewed with Citra® and Simcoe® hops. 6% abv
• Double Nelson – Double IPA brewed with hand-selected Nelson Sauvin hops from Freestyle Hops, our agricultural partner for the last decade in Upper Moutere, New Zealand. 8% abv
• George – American Brown Ale brewed with Centennial, Cascade, and a touch of Columbus hops. 5.5% abv.
