As the holiday week approaches, we’ll be closed on Thursday for Thanksgiving, but open the other days for our normal hours. 

We’ll offer four freshly packaged cans, including one new one (Double Mosaic) and the return of our dark Czech-style lager, along with a full slate of bottled offerings in your retail shop.

Double Mosaic

A new entry in our Double IPA series, this features personally selected Mosaic hops grown in Yakima, Wash. As belies its hop name, it offers a complex breadth of aromas and flavors that highlight the Pacific Northwest’s hop-growing legacy.

• Harlan – Edward’s slightly more aggressive alter ego, this IPA is copiously dry-hopped with Columbus, Simcoe®, Chinook, and a hint of Nelson Sauvin hops
• Susan – Our IPA brewed with hops from the American Pacific Northwest and Riwaka hops from New Zealand.
• Rhetorica – Another rendition of our single-decocted Old World lagers; this Czech-style dark lager is conditioned for three months and naturally carbonated via krausen.
