For the week beginning 28 January, we’ll offer four freshly packaged cans—Legitimacy, Double Citra, Marie, and Everett—which are also available to enjoy by the glass or to-go in growlers. Our taproom team will once again offer a varied assortment of vintage selections, including the Tim Clifford Residency 2016 beers by the glass (Founder and former brewer at Sante Adairius Rustic Ales), 2022 vintage Vera Mae, and Double Barrel Aaron (Bourbon & Port, 2020 vintage).

Cans

• Legitimacy – IPA brewed with Citra®,  Motueka, and Simcoe® hops.
• Double Citra – Double IPA brewed exclusively with personally selected Citra® hops from Washington state’s Puterbaugh Farms in the Yakima Valley, harvested in September of 2025.
• Marie – German-style unfiltered Helles lagered for more than 10 weeks.
• Everett – First brewed in June 2010, this is our idyllic Porter.
