Retail Updates for 29 October 2025
Flora: Raspberry • Legitimacy • Abner • No Bad Parts
For the week ahead, we will see the return of a fruited interpretation of our barrel-aged Farmstead® ale, alongside three newly packaged canned offerings: Legitimacy (IPA), Abner (DIPA), and No Bad Parts (non-alcoholic malt beverage).
Once again, our taproom team has curated a selection of vintage offerings, available by the glass, as well as a rotation of draft selections.
Flora: Raspberry
On occasion, we select a portion of our wheat Farmstead® ale and age it on a blend of local raspberries as a means of highlighting the sympathetic natures of beer in barrel and fruit in season. The 2024 season’s fruit proved to be particularly intense and expressive, providing for vibrancy of both color and fruit presentation.
Flora is the wine barrel-aged version of Florence (1915-1967), Edward’s sister, as well as the name of our wheat Farmstead® ale. Each blend of her namesake beer rests in oak for an undetermined period—from many months to several years—and embodies our progressive vision for Hill Farmstead, a pursuit guided by natural intuition, evolving experience, and optimistic forecast.
Fresh Cans:
- Legitimacy – American IPA brewed with Citra®, Motueka, and Simcoe® hops.
- Abner – American double IPA brewed with a selection of hops from the American Pacific Northwest.
- No Bad Parts – Our non-alcoholic malt beverage is made with our well water, organic lime juice, Strata hops, and malted barley. This offers bright citrus, gentle hop aromatics, and a refreshing finish—all while maintaining less than 0.5% abv with no mechanical de-alcoholization.
