Foster • Society & Solitude #5 • Twilight of the Idols

This coming week, we will have three newly packaged cans: Foster (IPA), Society & Solitude #5 (DIPA), and Twilight of the Idols (Holiday Winter Porter). Our taproom will feature a number of vintage offerings, available by the glass, as well as several vintage draft selections.

Twilight of the Idols

While we haven’t seen any meaningful hints at snow so far, the seasonal chill is most certainly on the horizon, and with that, Twilight of the Idols makes its annual appearance this week. Available in both cans and growlers for takeaway, as well as on draft in our taproom. 

Each autumn, we brew Twilight of the Idols, our winter porter with a touch of coffee and cinnamon, and condition it on vanilla beans. Conceived in 2009 with Ryan Witter-Merithew while brewing in Denmark, this tradition continues. Its name is inspired by the title of one of the last known texts written by Friedrich Nietzsche, a guiding voice throughout our entire journey.

Fresh Cans:

• Foster – American IPA brewed with Citra® and Simcoe® hops.
• Society & Solitude #5 – American Double IPA brewed with American and New Zealand hops.
• Twilight of the Idols – Holiday Winter Porter brewed with coffee and cinnamon, and conditioned on vanilla beans.
