As we bid farewell to 2025, we are sincerely grateful for your ongoing support and encouragement throughout our 15th Anniversary. It has been a year to remember, and we cherish the opportunity to see so many familiar faces and so many new friends at the many celebrations.

A new offering from earlier this year, Symposia, returns for onsite enjoyment and growlers to-go, and we will also have two freshly packaged cans available.

Once again, please see our hours for the week ahead, as we are closed on New Year’s Day but open regular hours the rest of the week, where taproom guests can enjoy a variety of drafts and bottles, including glass pours of Ann 2014 and Norma (Vintage 2016).

Symposia

Initially conceived for our 10th Anniversary, Symposia is our single-decocted Old World German-style rauchbier, featuring malts smoked at Hill Farmstead. It is lagered for more than six weeks before krausening with fresh-fermenting beer to provide slow, natural carbonation, offering soft, subtly sweet smokiness and a crisp malt feel.

• Harlan – An American IPA that is copiously dry-hopped with Columbus, Simcoe®, Chinook, and a hint of Nelson Sauvin hops.
• Society & Solitude #8 – American Double IPA brewed with Citra®, Mosaic®, and Simcoe® hops.
