The Week of 4 November
George • Harlan • Double Manilita
George was first brewed in 2011 and has remained part of our brewing history for more than fifteen years. Named in honor of Edward’s brother, one of 14 siblings who grew up on the land where the brewery now stands, George is our American Brown Ale, brewed with Centennial, Cascade, and a touch of Columbus hops. Brewed several times each year, it offers a balance of toasted malt character, gentle sweetness, and a classic yet restrained hop presence that harkens back to classic beers of the style.
Additional Cans for the Week:
- Harlan – Vermont IPA dry-hopped with Columbus, Simcoe®, Chinook, and a hint of Nelson Sauvin hops.
- Double Manilita – Double IPA brewed exclusively with Manilita, an experimental hop variety from our partnership with New Zealand’s Hāpi Hop Research Centre and Freestyle Hops.
